Sleep Awareness Week usually starts after the beginning of Daylight Savings Time. If you didn’t notice, we actually switched our clocks over last night to go an hour forward, meaning that today, sunset is going to be a little bit later! Sleep is so, so important for our health. It is when our body heals and repairs itself.
